At VOMOS, we take pride in delivering luxury experiences with the highest standards of service. Because of the unique nature of our offerings—private jet charters, yacht rentals, luxury cars, and vacation properties—our Refund & Return Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent for all clients.
1. General Policy
All reservations made through VOMOS are binding agreements. Refunds and returns are subject to the specific terms of the service provider (aircraft operator, yacht charter, villa manager, or car rental partner) as well as the conditions outlined below.
2. Private Jet Charters
- Cancellations: Most private jet bookings are non-refundable once confirmed due to aircraft allocation and scheduling.
- Changes: Date or time changes may be possible depending on operator availability, but additional costs may apply.
- Force Majeure: If flights are canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond control, refunds or rescheduling will be handled in line with operator policy.
3. Yacht Charters
- Deposits: Yacht bookings typically require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
- Final Payment: Once final payment is made, cancellations may not qualify for refunds unless specified by the yacht operator.
- Rescheduling: Adjustments may be possible depending on vessel availability.
4. Luxury Cars
- Deposits & Payments: Payments for exotic car rentals, such as Rolls Royce or Mercedes G-Wagon, are generally non-refundable.
- No-Show Policy: If the vehicle is not picked up as scheduled, refunds will not be issued.
- Damage & Late Returns: Additional fees may apply for damages, excessive mileage, or late returns.
5. Vacation Rentals & Villas
- Cancellations: Refund eligibility depends on the villa owner or property manager’s terms. Some bookings may allow partial refunds if canceled within a specific time frame.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Failure to arrive or leaving early will not result in refunds.
- Property Rules: Refunds are not provided if clients violate house rules or terms of stay.
6. Experiences & Packages
For curated luxury experiences (such as guided trips, events, or exclusive packages), refunds depend on the provider’s cancellation policy. Most experiences require advance commitments and may not be refundable after booking.
7. Refund Process

- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Service fees charged by VOMOS.
- Processing or administrative fees.
- Bookings canceled outside the provider’s permitted window.
9. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, VOMOS may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. While not guaranteed, we aim to be fair and considerate.
