· Identify potential business prospects.
· Initiate correspondence with prospective clients via cold outreach.
· Receive & convert leads/prospects into active deal flow.
· Work very closely with executive team to develop metrics & KPIs.
· Build and nurture new relationships.
· Monitor deal pipeline to ensure “que-aging” does not exceed 10 minutes.
· Remain abreast of current trends in the aviation marketplace.
· Work collaboratively with VP, Charter Sales to present custom/bespoke solutions to clients.
· Sell & manage private charter trips.
· Prepare weekly “que-aging” report for upper management.
· Quote trips for premium clients and maintain VOMOS client services standards.
· Book trips with operators and secure payment from clients.
· Meet & exceed revenue projections on a quarterly basis.
· Relay specific requests to VOMOS Concierge for a premium VOMOS experience.
· Manage both new & existing client relationships.
· Remain flexible for urgent bookings.
· Research and attend industry events.

Requirements:
· 2+ years of private aviation experience
· 1+ years of Charter sales experience
· Negotiation skills
· Extensive knowledge of the private jet industry & aircrafts
· Excellent verbal & written skills
· Ability to recognize revenue generating opportunities & close deals
· Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
· Ability to talk on the phone for an extended length of time
· Ability to multitask
· Customer-centric attitude
· High emotional intelligence
· Ability to manage workload in a perpetually changing & fast-paced environment

Requirements:
